My
name
is Mikaela Engert. I work for the City of Keene, New Hampshire as
a city planner. Aside from the traditional aspects of planning, I head up
the city's climate change and sustainability program. It's a
pretty fun job.
I also enjoy other things in life - like snowboarding, music, art, travel, & photography. Chocolate is my kryptonite. Pickles run a close second.
I don't understand the words "can't" or "won't". I'm always up for a new adventure and new ideas. I have a complete inability to think inside the box, unless if it is for the soul purpose of busting the box apart. And I have an intense love of food and community. I am thankful every day for the community I live in, the community that has given bits and pieces of itself to make me the person I am, and the global community of which I am part and aim to give back through all that I do. This, I believe.
